Anna Gáti, Ágoston Gyarmati and Gábor Szegő graduated from Krea Contemporary Arts Institute in the Interior Design Faculty and today all three of them teach there. They have been involved with interior design and experimental object design since 2003. Their wide range of interests allows them to go beyond the subject of design, as enthusiastic organisers and participants of various art projects. They regularly visit international design fairs such as Fiera Milano or the 100% Design London. ”We are traditionalists – as far as the exploration of the object but not the method is concerned. The heritage of the predecessors’ works has left plenty of experience and knowledge to shape our path. We strongly believe in the infinity of human self-expression, so we constantly seek new approaches. We believe in vision and form. What we represent is an integrative approach – the end result of which is a kind of purity. We consider space with all its objects, colours and shapes as one single unit. In the course of the complex design process, we draft the overall design concept of the space while paying attention to every small detail. We follow ergonomic interior design, and we contemplate object and space working closely together with their prospective users."
